Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is hiring an Engineering Manager for the Managed AI team in Sunnyvale. You will lead a team of engineers, shaping the roadmap and architecture for a scalable AI platform handling large workloads.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and infrastructure, and drive delivery of high-performance, fault-tolerant systems. Strong cloud-native and AI infra experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience building and growing software teams.
• Strong background in scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure.
• Experience with AI infra and large-scale systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication with product, GTM and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team delivering a next-gen LLM platform.
• Define the engineering roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
• Oversee architecture for fault-tolerant AI services and APIs.
• Drive delivery of scalable systems handling millions of requests per second.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices across teams.
