Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an Engineering Manager on the Managed AI team to lead a high-caliber group building a next-generation platform for the full lifecycle of Large Language Models. You will shape the engineering roadmap, drive execution, and partner with product and business stakeholders to deliver a reliable AI platform.

You will guide a team of engineers through design and implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure, and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious

Qualifications

• Experience leading and scaling engineering teams.
• Strong background in distributed/AI infrastructure.
• Proficiency in cloud-native environments and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI ecosystems (e.g., vLLM, Hugging Face, Triton).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers; define and drive the AI roadmap.
