United States Digital Space LLC in San Francisco is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Core Rider team. You will own foundational systems and rider functionality, partnering with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional groups to move top-line metrics and deliver a seamless rideshare experience.
This role is in-office on a hybrid schedule, with three in-office days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu) and optional remote time up to four weeks per year, as described in the posting.

As an Engineering Manager on the Core Rider team, you will act as a critical technical leader in a highly visible area of the Rider Organization. Taking holistic ownership of our foundational systems and core rider functionality, you will be directly responsible for moving top-line business metrics and delivering a seamless rideshare experience. You will partner with multiple product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to develop complex systems, define strategic roadmaps, scale the product and infrastructure that powers how millions of riders request and experience their rides every day.

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $176,000 - $220,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
