Hudl is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on Fan and Club products. You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and champion AI tooling adoption to accelerate delivery of scalable cloud-based solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with Product and Design, and driving performance across teams while supporting diverse, remote-friendly work arrangements.

• Partner with Product Management and Design to ship features for Fan experience and Club tooling.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and coach engineers on career growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategy and delivery.
• Drive video processing/storage and transactional systems familiarity as applicable.
