Overview

We’re looking for a collaborative and experienced Engineering Manager, Relationships to join our team and help us develop best-in-class features and tools for our customers. As our Engineering Manager, Relationships, you will lead a team of engineers that develop the Muck Rack application across the whole tech stack, and are responsible for all the features and tools that are part of the Relationships domain of the application. What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Own the technical strategy around key features and tools, and lead execution at a high level
• Work closely with product and design partners to plan and commit to feature scopes, timelines, and overall road maps
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to manage dependencies and other cross-functional projects
• Incorporate emerging AI technologies within feature development and internal engineering experience and processes

• Project-Level Outcomes: Successful execution and delivery of projects or initiatives that support company level objectives
• Team Growth and Health: Successfully hiring, developing, and retaining top engineering talent, as measured by team engagement and performance

Compensation

In the US, the base salary for this role is between $152,000 and $180,000, depending on skills and experience. Total compensation for this role consists of base salary, a quarterly bonus plan, and equity.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
