You will own the architectural vision, drive dynamic UI components with Vue/Preact/TypeScript and Java backend orchestration, mentor engineers, and raise the bar for engineering excellence across global hubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering management or team leadership.
• Total software engineering experience of 10+ years.
• Proven depth in Java backend and modern JS/TS frontend.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, onboarding and develop ICs in SF.
• Own architectural vision for Customer Interfaces.
• Guide development of Dynamic/Agentic UI in Vue/TS/JS.
• Align product roadmap with tech priorities.
• Ensure operational rigor: security, incidents, post-mortems.
• Mentor team and provide architectural guidance.
