Chainalysis is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Compliance Core platform, guiding modernization and reliability for real-time blockchain risk evaluation across billions of transfers. You’ll shape the next generation of the platform and ensure scalable operations for customers worldwide.

You will review designs, contribute prototypes, hire engineers, and partner with Product and upstream teams to deliver an executable roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating high-throughput, event-driven distributed systems.
• Proven ability to coach and develop engineers.
• Track record delivering complex initiatives across teams.
