Horizon3 is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Rapid Response Attack Engineering team. You will guide vulnerability research, AI-driven automation, and product delivery with a focus on rapid yet safe execution.

You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and partner with Product Management to turn offensive research into a high-quality, fast-moving product. Fully remote role with travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse Attack Engineering team focused on vulnerability research and software engineering.
• Set direction for AI-native automation pipelines and production-grade tooling.
• Drive hiring, scaling, and talent development for the Rapid Response group.
• Collaborate with PM, field teams, and customers to deliver high-quality product.
• Oversee triage, analysis of CVEs and zero-days, and rapid response workflows.
