Qualifications

.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
6+ years IT and Software Engineering with design & development.
1+ years leading technical professionals and software teams.
Experience with large technology platforms or organizations.
Track record of technology introduction and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams in coordination with VP, Technology to support growing business needs.
Participate in broad technology strategy with other leaders across Direct Supply.
Build and lead teams focused on scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient products and platforms.
Deliver software programs on-time and on-budget with high quality.
Facilitate relationships with external customers and coordinate work with their tech teams.
Mentor teams to strengthen craftsmanship, platforms, and architecture.
Ensure project commitments across all areas on time, with quality and budget.
Balance resources and grow capabilities to deliver business value.
Deliver technology platforms for Direct Supply.
Align goals to deliver business outcomes.
