Job summary

Code Red Partners in San Francisco is seeking a senior security leader to take over a small, high-performing team and drive security strategy across IAM, platform security, and CI/CD security.

The role is 60% leadership and 40% individual contributor, with direct reports and responsibility for headcount planning. This is a direct-hire, permanent position offering a base salary in the $300k–$350k range plus equity.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful management and leadership work.
• Breadth across security engineering; depth in cloud security.
• Ability to mentor and manage extremely senior security engineers.
• Passion for security and technology; SWE background is a plus.
