Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 6+ years of professional experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 6+ years in software engineering.
• 4+ years developing software solutions.
• 2+ years as a contributing leader or manager on technical teams, or equivalent lead-level experience.
• 3+ years working in agile processes.
• AI driven development tooling (Claude and ChatGPT).

• Lead a team of software engineers through a significant platform modernization effort.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing.
• Support engineers in adopting modern development practices and tools that improve productivity, software quality, and delivery speed.
