Role Responsibilities

• Manage scrum teams responsible for delivering high-quality mobile applications, services, and APIs for Venmo Mobile and related projects.
• Lead technical decision-making and mentor a team of mobile engineers.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and analytics teams to align development with business goals.
• Drive innovation and improve product resiliency.
• Monitor business impact and use data to guide improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to evolve reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in mobile development and 3+ years managing large-scale mobile teams.
• Experience designing high-performance, high-availability mobile applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle complex technical requirements.
• Proficiency in design patterns, algorithms, object-oriented programming, Kotlin, Swift, and web services (GraphQL, REST/JSON).
