Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8+ years in industrial manufacturing or chemical processing.
- Strong leadership, capital planning, budgeting, and project management experience.
- Experience with safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Directs the Engineering Department and sets site strategy and capital plan.
- Oversees design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup of projects.
- Provides technical leadership across engineering disciplines for operations.
- Ensures compliance with OSHA, safety and quality requirements.
- Develops staff and coordinates with operations, maintenance, and support teams.
