Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of related experience with involvement in Customer & Application Support, Magnetic Field Theory, IP Awareness, Cross-functional Collaboration, Project Management, and Team Leadership & Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Encoders technical team, including product R&D, applications engineering, testing, and technical support.
• Set objectives, expectations, and performance metrics; mentor team members.
