Job summary

ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering efforts in a heavy industrial setting. You will oversee design, process layouts, and cost estimates, while driving capital budget planning and modernization projects.

Responsibilities include directing a team of 8–10 engineers, coordinating with R&D and marketing, and ensuring compliance and asset protection across the facility to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least ten years of progressive technical leadership experience.
• Multidisciplinary engineering background with strong planning and administrative skills.
• Ability to lead cost/benefit analyses and capital-expenditure justifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of engineering professionals across disciplines handling layouts, specs and cost estimates.
• Maintain facility master plan and manage 8–10 engineers for asset improvement projects.
• Inform plant management on asset protection, compliance, capex and capability to meet customer specs.
• Coordinate with R&D on tooling design, product improvements and launches.
• Liaise with marketing to resolve field-related product issues.
• Collaborate with departments to procure production systems and optimize operations.
• Coordinate annual SD projects and ensure EHS regulatory compliance.
