Job summary

Qualifications

Willingness to travel 15-20%.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop engineering staff to grow their technical expertise.
Understand engineering principles, product development, and manufacturing processes.
Manage product solutions from idea conception to launch.
Develop cost optimization (Total Cost Productivity) solutions.
Support resolution of quality, customer, and manufacturing issues.
Apply root-cause analysis to ensure product compliance.
Develop DOE and statistical tool-based testing methods.
Establish KPIs and provide monthly performance reporting.
Plan and manage resources for development of product solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet compliance targets.
Communicate progress and challenges to team and stakeholders.
Prepare reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
