Job summary

Techvillahub is seeking an Engineering Manager to drive the delivery of complex software projects across cross-functional teams. You will translate business requirements into EPICs and technical stories, and coordinate engineers, product managers, QA, and UX.

The role requires hands-on Java and Spring Boot, leadership to mentor engineers, improve velocity, and maintain high observability and quality through modern deployment practices and strong risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar hands-on technical role.
• 5+ years of strong experience building production systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Leadership experience: minimum of 3 years managing high-performing teams and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and product requirements into EPICs and technical user stories.
• Drive end-to-end technical planning and project execution within cross-functional teams.
• Mentor engineers, optimize team velocity, and maintain high standards of observability and engineering quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and UX to deliver robust software solutions.
