Altius Search Group LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead design, delivery, and commissioning of a first-of-its-kind clean energy program in East Tennessee. You will build and guide a high-caliber engineering team, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Nuclear, Systems, or related).
• 10+ years leading complex engineering projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Background in highly regulated industries such as Nuclear, Energy, Aerospace, Defense, Advanced Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams from design through commissioning.
• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple technical disciplines.
• Ensure designs meet applicable codes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage engineering schedules, budgets, and project priorities.
• Drive engineering quality, change management, and technical execution.
• Collaborate with national laboratories, contractors, and international teams.
