Cast AI is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to join the Product team. This hybrid role lets you lead a talented software group while contributing code in half of your time.

You will own product development, mentor engineers, and align with stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient infrastructure across Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments. The role offers equity, remote-first culture, and fast-paced delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a technical team.
• Strong software engineering skills.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments.
• Hands-on with Terraform and GitOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own product development execution.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented software engineers
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to align on requirements and roadmaps
• Ensure quality, scalability, and resilience in all deliverables
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence
• Be the role model and champion of Cast AI core values
• Scale challenges at fleet level and participate in feature brainstorming
• Design and architect software for scalability and performance
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure test coverage
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and monitoring
• Respond to incidents and support on-call rotations
