Redwire Space seeks an Engineering Manager, Integration and Test to lead the spacecraft avionics testing program in Littleton, CO. You will guide a team responsible for integration, verification, qualification, and acceptance of power and data handling hardware and camera systems.

Redwire Space Missions has an exciting opportunity for anEngineering Manager, Integration and Test, at our facility in Littleton, CO.In this role, you will lead and grow the engineering team that integrates, tests, verifies, and qualifies spacecraft avionics products, including power electronics, power distribution hardware, command & data handling hardware, camera systems and related avionics assemblies. This role ensures products are successfully transitioned from development into production while meeting technical, cost, schedule, and quality objectives. .
The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing team responsible for electrical, functional, environmental, and qualification testing across the product lifecycle.
This position reports to the Director of Engineering Integration and Test and is responsible for developing standard integration and test processes, improving test automation, increasing engineering efficiency, and ensuring consistent execution across avionics product line.
