Qualifications

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineers as a sustained function.
• Experience navigating change and evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and mentor a team of software engineers; foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Own career growth of engineers with feedback, growth planning, and promotion advocacy.
• Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to shape data models and integration decisions.
• Facilitate execution of the technical roadmap with data-driven decisions and value delivery.
• Translate business goals to technical architecture and requirements; estimate scopes and timelines.
• Collaborate to deliver scalable, stable, and maintainable systems; drive progress when boundaries are unclear.
