NVIDIA is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead our Image and Data Compression Libraries team. You will manage engineers delivering accelerated image and data processing solutions, aligning with customer needs and strategic goals.

You will drive the roadmap, set goals, and ensure delivery while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture across locations and the open source community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Applied Math, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience, including three+ in team management.
• Experience in designing and testing large-scale software with solid examples.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Strong communication skills with open source collaboration experience.
