Air Force Civilian Service in Utah seeks an experienced Supervisory General Engineer for the AFNWC Futures Division at Hill AFB near Layton. Lead a 5–12 person team, directing test capability development to ensure mission readiness and strategic impact.

Role emphasizes supervision, cost/schedule control, cross-functional coordination with government and industry, and high-level briefings. Master’s in engineering and defense engineering/test experience preferred; TS/SCI clearances may be required.
