You will lead a hardware-oriented software group that enables embedded development, shaping designs and scalable systems while mentoring engineers and promoting a culture of innovation and psychological safety.

You will work closely with embedded teams and stakeholders to define requirements, improve reliability, and drive best practices in development and deployment.
