Google is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the GPU Reliability Systems Operations and Tooling SW organization, guiding multiple teams across locations. You’ll drive a roadmap for fleet health, automate health management, and enforce SLAs and SLOs.
The role combines software engineering with people leadership, overseeing large-scale GPU infrastructure, transitions from NPI tasks to centralized operations, and partnering with AI initiatives to scale Google's AI workloads.
