Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Drive the technical goal and roadmap for software, automation, and diagnostics used in machine management, health testing, and lifecycle management.
  • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) excellence: Lead your team's efforts in the New Product Introduction process.
  • Technical leadership and direct contribution: Provide technical guidance in system design, code reviews, and complex problem solving.
  • Optimize system health and repair strategies: Drive data insights to understand complex result sets from diagnostics.

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with ARM, Diagnostics, Networking, Servers, Linux Internals.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
