Honda in Alabama is seeking a senior Equipment Engineering Manager who will lead a team to develop and execute an Equipment Strategy and Business Plan focused on SQCDME goals, safety, quality, cost, delivery, morale, and environment.
You will oversee installation, upgrading, and modification of equipment, coach engineers, analyze data, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor staff in a fast-paced production setting.
