Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as a people manager or technical leader with mentorship focus.
• 5+ years experience building and shipping software with architecture involvement.
• Experience shipping in a fast-paced environment with customer input guiding decisions.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Design, and customers to shape roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack and frontend engineers.
• Own delivery of the Experimentation App from planning through production.
• Set technical direction with your team and statisticians on architecture and tradeoffs.
• Partner with Product, Design, and customers to turn requirements into roadmap.
• Foster fast iteration and high engineering standards via code/design reviews.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent as the team scales.
