Job summary

Replit is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the team that builds the infrastructure foundations for Replit Enterprise. You will own the roadmap for enterprise infrastructure features including single-tenant deployments, private networking, data residency, and customer-managed encryption.

Collaborate with Platform & Infrastructure Engineering, Security and Sales to unlock adoption at large organizations.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in engineering with 3+ years leading infra teams.
• Experience shipping cloud infrastructure at scale (VPC, private connectivity).
• Strong leadership across Kubernetes, cloud platforms, networking, IaC.
• Experience with security/compliance requirements for enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise infrastructure roadmap including single-tenant options and private networking.
• Design BYOK and data isolation features for enterprise data protection.
• Collaborate with Security, Sales, and Customer Success to align roadmaps.
• Scale the team by hiring and coaching engineers; maintain high code quality.
• Define SLAs/SLOs and guide build-vs-buy decisions for reliability.
