Job summary

Bray International, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager - Electrics to lead a multi-discipline engineering team focused on researching and developing electrical actuators and control products, ensuring reliability and performance across Bray's electrics portfolio.

In this role you will guide design, testing, and qualification activities, coordinate with production, sales, and service teams, and mentor engineers to deliver innovative solutions while meeting industry standards and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams is essential.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering efforts for Bray’s Electrical Actuators product line.
• Lead a multi-discipline team to sustain the electrics portfolio and develop enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales engineering to address client requests.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and product management to identify projects.
• Lead FMEAs to ensure product reliability and address field issues.
• Work with certification agencies to qualify products per industry standards.
• Design and review 3D models, PCB layouts, and prototype assemblies.
• Interface with manufacturing sites to complete design work.
