Qualifications

• 5 years of electric utility-related experience is required; 7 to 10 preferred.
• 2 years of utility experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Advanced communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the operational technologies systems and staff.
• Assign, manage, and evaluate the work of assigned staff.
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards for the Engineering and Operations Departments.
• Provide oversight of system modeling and compliance with reliability standards.
