Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of defining and delivering multi-tier web services.
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• Experience shaping architecture across frontend and backend.
• Ability to make data-driven product and technical decisions.
• Experience partnering with product managers and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of console experiences across AWS services.
• Define and evolve the team's operating model with experimentation.
• Use telemetry and customer signals to drive friction resolution.
• Partner across service, platform, and product teams.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
