About the team

We build and operate the large-scale distributed infrastructure for GitLab Dedicated, our hosted software as a service (SaaS) platform. Our work centers on availability, security, fleet management, and automated provisioning across tenants. We also build self-service platforms and tools that enable feature implementers to own their services in production. At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. We collaborate asynchronously, with autonomy, accountability, and transparency guiding how we work.
