Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Data Transformation team to lead a group of engineers, shaping batch and real-time data pipelines and platforms used by 400+ product teams. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable datasets for analytics, dashboards, and workflows across Stripe, including Sigma and Radar.

You will collaborate with infrastructure and product engineering while steering the strategic roadmap for streaming transformation and ergonomic data modeling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering scalable data platforms.
• Strong collaboration with infra and product engineering orgs.
• Experience with batch and streaming data pipelines and data modeling.
