Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to build and lead our data team, owning the data layer end to end—from models to pipelines and analytics that power products and AI agents.

You will hire, set the roadmap, and raise the bar for data quality and reliability across the platform. You will partner with senior technical leaders, drive enterprise data integrations, analytics infrastructure, and the Salesforce ecosystem, while establishing operating excellence and delivering

Qualifications

• Experience building data platforms, pipelines, or high-scale backend systems.
• Strong hiring instincts to source, close, and ramp engineers.
• Ability to own data models, ETL, Data 360, and analytics end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the data team, define interview loop and standards.
• Own the Data Charter & Roadmap across data models, ETL, and analytics.
• Drive data architecture and reliable, observable data layer for product teams.
