• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of professional software engineering, including 2+ years as a tech lead or engineering manager.
• Hands-on engineering with strong Python background and system design skills.
• Experience in architecture-level data pipelines, distributed systems, and production ML workflows.
• Leadership experience; ability to mentor engineers and drive technical initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder communication translating technical constraints to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own system design and guide robust software architecture.
• Lead a high-performing team of software, data, and AI engineers.
• Bridge engineering roadmaps with VPs, researchers, and Data Factory operations.
• Architect auto-labeling applications leveraging models-in-the-loop.
• Own data pipelines, event logging, and analytics against reliability/latency goals.
