Job summary

Fabletics, based in El Segundo, CA, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Creative Systems team. You will own squad performance, hiring, and day-to-day engineering, while staying hands-on through reviews, design discussions, and debugging when critical.

You will drive delivery cadence, partner with Product, Creative, Brand, and Marketing to align roadmaps with new capabilities, and advance AI-enabled workflows from planning to content generation.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of software engineering experience and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent required.
• Strong background across modern web stacks and backend services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative Systems squad, guiding delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, Brand, and Marketing to align roadmaps.
• Stay hands-on with code reviews, design discussions, and debugging when needed.
• Drive AI tooling adoption for planning, testing, and content generation.
• Ensure clean integrations between DAM, CMS, and production workflows.
