Qualifications

• 8+ years building production software with 4 years in a startup managing platform engineers.
• Strong familiarity with high-throughput, data-intensive systems.
• Experience turning individual contributors into high-performing teams.
• Strong technical leadership and understanding of trade-off discussions.
• Experience setting roadmaps in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own health, direction, and delivery of the Core Infra team.

• Raise execution quality with fewer regressions and no surprises.
• Grow a self-organizing team to share work effectively.
