Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and strategy for OS engineering and the Titus platform services.
• Recruit, hire, and manage a high‑performing group of exceptional engineers.
• Empower, challenge, and coach senior engineers to grow as technical leaders through context and continuous feedback.
• Prioritize and manage engineering roadmaps in alignment with the product roadmap.
• Build and maintain strong, cross‑functional relationships with Platform Engineering partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the broader Compute Platform team to deliver cohesive solutions as part of a unified engineering practice.
