Job summary

Mural is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Compose team to lead a remote-first group of full-stack engineers. You will hire, mentor, and guide the team through rapid AI-enabled product development, emphasizing reliability, speed, and scalable architecture.

You will partner with product and design to shape the Compose roadmap, review code and PRs, and maintain high engineering standards across testing and observability. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

This team is at the front of our product strategy and future growth.YOUR MISSIONYou'll lead the team behind one of Mural's most important bets.
