This position offers a salary range of $188,200 to $283,200, plus additional compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading backend engineering teams focused on infrastructure or distributed systems.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong technical background in Java or GoLang.
