Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering leadership or management.
• Experience with Git-based workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience presenting to a NM-wide audience.
• Ability to translate metrics into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Pull NBCUniversal's Jenkins stack out of the NM region before migration deadline.
• Keep the Emotional Intelligence build pipeline green so Las Cruces deploys never wait on a red light.
• Translate Jenkins metrics into the leadership chart NBCUniversal checks each morning.
• Decide when to buy Problem Solving versus build it for NBCUniversal's Las Cruces, NM stack.
• Own data integrity across NBCUniversal's Git stores so Las Cruces numbers never lie.
• Pull CI/CD telemetry into dashboards NBCUniversal leaders actually open.
• Reproduce the hardworking bug from the Las Cruces field report, then make it impossible again.
