Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Build Pipeline & Tools team in Las Vegas.

You will drive CI/CD strategy, manage asset workflows, and ensure reliable cross‑platform pipelines for game development, collaborating with studios and platform engineers. The role requires 8+ years in software development, 3+ years in management, and hands-on experience with Unity/Unreal, Jenkins, and on-prem build infra.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in software development, including build engineering.
• 3+ years engineering management experience.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, build systems, automation.
• Experience with Jenkins, Perforce/Git, on-prem build infra.
• Experience with Unity/Unreal engine.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Cross-platform development experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team for CI/CD, build system, development tools, and asset pipeline.
• Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for build infrastructure, automation, developer tooling, and content workflow.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline across platforms: compilation, test orchestration, packaging, signing and release.
• Drive asset pipelines for efficient processing, validation, and delivery of game content.
• Collaborate with test automation to integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
• Partner with GDK engineers, platform team, and game studios to improve workflows.
• Ensure infrastructure, tools, and pipelines are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, code quality, testing effectiveness, and team productivity.
