Western Partitions Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee its engineering department in Wilsonville, Oregon. The successful candidate will have significant experience in Cold-Formed Metal Framing (CFMF), and will manage a team of over 10 engineers and BIM designers.

This role is critical in supporting engineering needs across projects, ensuring that all work aligns with WPI’s high standards of efficiency, safety, and quality. A competitive benefits package is offered along with a salary range of $130,000 to $145,000.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience directly with CFMF engineering.
• Active Professional Engineering (PE) license with ability to obtain licensure in any state.
• Proven experience managing a team of engineers and drafters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and drafters.
• Conduct regular check-ins with upper management.
• Support regional estimators with engineering cost estimates.
