Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS Data Engineering and Architecture.
• 5+ years of hands‑on GCP Data Engineering experience.
• Proven experience working on AWS‑to‑GCP migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python/PySpark.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end AWS‑to‑GCP migration of enterprise data platforms.
• Architect scalable GCP Data Lakehouse designs and multi‑tenant data models.
• Oversee data governance, security, and cost optimization across cloud platforms.
• Mentor and manage a team of Data Engineers and Tech Leads.
• Collaborate with Business, BI, Data Science and DevOps teams to deliver solutions.
• Define roadmaps, milestones and engineering standards.
• Communicate architecture decisions and migration plans to stakeholders.
