Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles requiring engineering management/leadership.
• Experience in the commercial air, avionics, or related manufacturing field.
• Six Sigma/TQM certification or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive effectiveness of process and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Leader to support operational strategy.
• Direct accountability for plant TTIs, waste, DPPM, and efficiency.
• Serve as the technical and functional subject matter expert.
