Job summary

Google Cloud’s CSP Intelligence team is hiring a senior leader to guide engineers building production AI agent systems for Google Cloud Support. You will own delivery, technical direction, and team growth while solving complex multi-agent orchestration challenges across the platform.

You will shape architecture decisions, drive key business outcomes with robust metrics, and ensure safe rollout practices as we scale AI-powered support across Cloud products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in technical leadership, leading project teams, and setting technical direction.
• Experience in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers building production AI agent systems for Google Cloud Support, owning delivery and career growth.
• Own a significant problem area within the CSP Intelligence charter.
• Set technical direction for multi-agent architecture, orchestration, and evaluation in a shifting platform landscape.
• Drive business outcomes: deflection rate, time-to-resolution, average handle time, and customer effort; define metrics and eval harnesses.
• Build quality bar for applied AI: systematic evals, regression gates, and safe rollout practices.
