You’ll directly influence hiring, mentorship, and engineering practices to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality, speed, and an exceptional developer experience across product and site reliability engineering.

Qualifications

• Former engineer who built impressive products and now builds teams.
• Experience leading engineering orgs and hiring external engineers.
• Ability to coach and mentor individual contributors while scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback on product and technical specs to guide engineers without making final decisions.
• Grow engineers to take large, loosely defined projects with minimal intervention.
• Jump into systems and code to debug issues, ship small fixes, and improve developer experience.
• Propose and lead department and company-wide initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Design and improve interview processes based on team feedback to assess candidate fit.
• Improve data generation and simulations in demo accounts to showcase value without impacting critical paths.
