Job summary

RecT Solutions is recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead the Learn Product engineering team. This hands-on role requires architectural leadership, deep system design, and mentorship of senior and staff engineers to deliver scalable, reliable AI-powered Learning platforms.

You’ll partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap, champion AI-assisted development, and own end-to-end delivery from idea to impact.

Qualifications

7+ years building software across the stack.
3+ years managing engineers at senior/staff level.
Deep, sustained hands-on use of agentic AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
Recent experience at a small, fast-moving company.
Backend, DevOps, or data engineering background.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of senior and staff engineers, delivering large, high-impact projects.
Be the primary technical escalation point for your team and hands-on when solving problems.
Set technical direction and architecture for scalability and reliability.
Drive the team’s use of agentic AI tooling and raise the bar for AI-assisted development.
Partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap using data and feedback.
Grow senior engineers toward staff/principal levels and coach with depth.
Own delivery end-to-end from idea to measurement and iteration.
