Qualifications

• Proven track record leading high-performing security/engineering teams.
• Experience building and scaling detection platforms and AI-enabled systems.
• Ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-accelerated detection and response for Datadog Security.
• Drive development of high-fidelity detections across the organization.
• Build, mentor, and grow a team of engineers tackling threat detection at scale.
• Partner with Threat Detection, SIRT, CTI, and AI Engineering to integrate deliverables.
• Define and track program metrics: coverage, signal quality, model fidelity, and incident readiness.
• Evangelize the mission to security leadership and partner teams.
• Collaborate to build shared infrastructure and security-specific tooling.
